The Property Commission is responsible for the care, repair, management and maintenance of all buildings, structures and tangible properties. This Commission is not a decision body (in terms of decisions with financial impact beyond the scope of the current spending policy). The Commission will take responsibility for action items, formulate recommendations for vestry approval, and ensure the Rector, Director of Operations, and vestry is aware of all relevant information in a timely manner.

The Property Commission meets the first Sunday of the month, at 9:00am in the Walbridge Room.
