TEWART ACADEMY FOR GIRLS

Trinity is a "Partner in Education" with this central city school. Trinity members tutor and donate needed supplies. Contact Valerie Garforth.

 

NEXT-TO-NEW THRIFT SHOP

Located in the basement of Trinity Church, entrance from St. Clair Street. Store hours are Mon & Thurs, 9:30 am to 3 pm. We always welcome volunteers who enjoy fellowship in a positive atmosphere. Volunteers receive, sort and price merchandise as well as clerk, create displays and make sales. Contact Jean Mitchell.

 

RENAISSANCE APARTMENTS

An assisted living center for physically and mentally challenged persons located across the street from the parish, Trinity provides ongoing hospitality through recreation and meals each month. Contact Valerie Garforth.

 

FOCUS

Family Outreach Community United Services provides personalized social services and mobilized community resources to help individuals and families solve problems underlying or arising from poverty, organizes people to overcome isolation, dependency and despair. Contact Valerie Garforth.

 

FEED YOUR NEIGHBOR
A local food pantry that provides food staples and other foodstuffs to qualified persons. Food donations accepted at Trinity Church at any time. Monetary donations allow Feed Your Neighbor to buy food through government bulk program thereby making your donation do far more than it can on your own. Contact Bud Gartz.

 

JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER
Located just a few blocks from Trinity, this center houses children from 12 to 18 years of age. In our fledging relationship with the center, we've provided Easter Baskets and donated money for their commissary. Want to help expand this ministry? Contact Marie Harkey.
